Welcome to Simple Note App VyomNote!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Simple Note App mobile application (the "App"), provided by TechVyom ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share using the App ("User Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

2. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TechVyom and its licensors.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

3. Privacy

• Data Collection: We may collect certain information about your use of the App. Our collection and use of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at NoteApp Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
• By You: You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or availability. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechVyom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
